You know what is so AWESOME about thermoses?
You carry a thermos of coffee around for the whole day.
You work, you're busy,...
or maybe you go to work, and you're really not that busy
because your boss isn't giving you enough work to do,
and this affects your self-esteem like an anvil on Wile E. Coyote's head,
and you come home and want some coffee even though
you know you shouldn't have caffeine late in the evening,
but you're perturbed at the thought of not earning enough to pay bills
because you're paid hourly, and you're too smart for this, goddamnit,
and you realize you have a half a cup left in your thermos,
so what the heck, so you pour it out, and voila!   
It's_ still_ hot.
